About Mai Anh

Hello, friend — I'm so glad you're here! Let's get acquainted, shall we?

My name is Lê Mai Anh. I'm based in a lovely corner of Hanoi, Vietnam.

First, Let's Open The Personal Door Of My World

  • I'm a proud mother of two amazing daughters, and a loving wife to a brilliant, family-centered husband.
  • I'm an Aquarius by Astrology, and my MBTI is ISFP — Introverted, Observant, Feeling, and Prospecting. According to StrengthsFinder, my top 5 strengths are: Maximizer, Relator, Futuristic, Empathy, and Connectedness.
  • My Enneagram type is 3 (The Achiever) with wing 2 (The Helper).
  • Those closest to me often describe me with words like: Balance, Idealist, Passionate, Empathetic, Joyful, Positive, Grounded, Healing, Warm-hearted and Feminine.

Now Let's Open The Professional Door

My journey has been beautifully diverse:

  • At 15, I was a Handmade Artist, creating and selling birthday cards for local gift shops.
  • I've written short stories and was young Journalist when I was in elementary school.
  • My professional path took me through roles as Banker, Business Analyst, Sales Executive, and Sales Manager.

I found out the common thread throughout it all is a deep passion for unleashing human potential, nurturing well-being, and helping others create a more fulfilled life.

And Then...a Door to My Inner World

When I'm not coaching, I love getting lost in:

  • Reading books, writing, painting, cooking.
  • Walking in nature and quiet reflections.

I'm also curious about nutrition, meditation, and holistic health — and believe in lifelong learning.

My little family is the heartbeat of my life, so playing, camping, and simply being with them is where I find my truest joy.

My drawing image
This is a piece of my paintings. I love reflecting on joy, imagining my dream life, and turning those visions into art. Painting helps me tap into creativity and enter a quiet state of flow.

So, What Led Me Here?

Two years ago, while reading a book written by an author who still living well at 105, a question kept echoing in my mind: "If I live a long life, can I make it deeply meaningful, joyful, and healthy — like a state of FLOW?"

That question became my compass. Today, I live in my FLOW Zone — and it brings me happiness, clarity, and purpose every day.
